We typically require a 20% deposit. However, we can also consider low deposit options. Yard can consider loans with an LVR of up to 85% without requiring Lender's Mortgage Insurance (LMI). For loans with an LVR above 85%, LMI would apply. This allows flexibility based on your circumstances while maintaining competitive lending options.

Can I borrow 100% for an investment property?

Generally, lenders do not offer 100% financing for investment properties.
